Hi I have a question, my account was hacked about 2 years ago but recently I submitted a ticket to recover it, successfully regain access to the account but I noticed that, there’s a permanent ban on it, there’s no reason indicating why my account was banned, is there a way to get rid of the suspension and reactivate my account?
