My Ultras inspired by Minis

I left the painters username in the second pic if you’d like to check out his work. I’m a Mortifactor guy but Ultramarines are the reason I even got into Warhammer (SM1) so I wanted to dedicate a couple fashion slots to these brothers. It’s a huge plus they get so many cosmetic options as well in SM2. If you see anything out of Codex standard on the Veteran please let me know as I try to be as lore accurate as possible while still adhering to the rule of cool.

I’m going for a sorcery battle healer build I saw by Greg Deluca on YouTube, my main issue is that when I’m running solo or duo content I feel almost useless as far as damage goes, I have about 50 SP, and I’m close to getting my first two Arts to 60, only been playing for about 3 weeks now. My question is, what stat points should I be focused on to get my damage up early game and for gear, should I be taking healer role gear or just the regular gear?
