First mock test did not go well... a month out from test.

We're not moving the date back *yet* and instead going to double down on lessons but this was my first mock test & everything just fell apart. I ended up failing in the first minute at a Zebra crossing and having really silly mistakes with speed on approach & normal driving position that I normally don't have. I felt really anxious and not at ease. There were some positives but it felt like it all just went down hill.

We both aren't thinking moving the test back yet but maybe we decide to next week. Has anybody also had a mock test go poorly shortly before a test?

Lavender Bluff, an inclusive Blood on the Clocktower community

Hey folks,

A few months ago I started Lavender Bluff and since then we've built up a nice lil community and I think you'd maybe like it too? If you've found that the public servers aren't quite right, or you haven't found a community that fits, come give us a try 😄

We run official games every Wednesday and Saturday for beginners and advanced players alike and lobbies happen daily. We're open to anyone over 18 who'd like to play some inclusive, friendly and fun Clocktower.

In short, we moderate, we're inclusive, we have really cute dogs and cats in our picture channels, maybe looking into playing some other tabletop games too online. Play Clocktower with us? ST's welcome.

Putting in my notice for close to my dream job... They don't want to hold the job 3 months is the only problem and that is my notice period

Just had an interview process and it went really well. They loved me and want to offer me the job but expressed some concern about holding the job for 3 months which is my notice period. The work at my current place has dried up and I feel like in my department they do want to get rid of someone anyway.

But I acknowledge that once I hand in my notice, I am going to be without a job and they can decline to reduce my notice period. How likely do you think it is? This new place wants anywhere upto maybe 4-6 weeks notice before I start which is causing me a touch of anxiety.

Is this Stupidity Protestable?

Sorry for poor quality. I just recorded straight after so I didn't forget. There was one time before too. But 3 times on 1 straight and I genuinely don't know what else I could have done. I go off the main line he follows me, I can't not react to something in front.
