Has anyone with borderline dysplasia seen success with just arthroscopy/repair?

Just went to the Panorama team in Golden, CO today. It's been really hard for me to mentally overcome the PAO hurdle. I have a 2yr old and 3yr old. Are they just pushing a complex hip surgery to be safe? Or do most people just tear after an arthroscropy? Appreciate any advice or help as I am just coming to terms with this brand new diagnosis. 36F, runner.

Confirmed:

  • Right labral tear
  • Borderline dysplasia (24°)
  • Diminutive labrum

Possible:

  • Bilateral dysplasia
  • Instability
  • Hypermobile contribution
  • Some form of impingement

Posts like these are so juvenile

This is such a cry for attention. Either say what’s happening and ask for support or nothing at all.
