How do you handle bad weeks

Last week I had a stellar training week. Hit about 180 miles/11 hours. Felt tired but good. Had a great recovery day and went out for a ride yesterday, part way through my second interval (about halfway through my workout) I get a puncture. I stop to let it seal and keep going and it opens again. Stop, get it sealed and pumped back up and by this point it’s a slog to finish my interval. I get done with it and just sit on the side of the road and lose a mental battle with myself.

Today I was dreading getting on the bike all day and ended up not doing it. Just felt tired and lazy. It makes me feel like the whole week is a loss and like I’m failing.

What do you all do with your bad weeks?

Is this gap between the frame and fork normal? No play in the headset and steering feels good but I don’t recall the gap being this large

I noticed some play in the headset of my ultimate with the cp0018 cockpit so I followed this video to adjust it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtRFRkLCU3Y) after loosening the stem bolt I accidentally lifted the bars slightly and the fork came down, maybe an inch at most. I moved it back into position and tightened as the video showed then tightened the stem bolt back to spec.

Should I be concerned about anything I can see being loose or out of position? The bars spin freely and don’t feel like they’re binding anywhere

There was some slight play in my headset on my canyon - so I followed this video to adjust it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtRFRkLCU3Y) after loosening the stem bolt I accidentally lifted up slightly and the fork came loose. I slotted it back in, adjusted the headset and then tightened the stem bolt back to spec.

I know it sounds stupid but did the fork coming down from the frame mess anything up, or is that just the result of loosening the stem bolt? The bars move freely. It’s a sram groupset so the only cable in the fork should be the brake cable.

This is my first time doing maintenance like this on my own bike so thanks for the help
