PC Battlenet black ops 7 telling me every time I click to start a match unable to connect to Data Center. Internet is fine..

This is never happened before my internet is fine I have flush and reset the IP config. I have reset the modem both through Xfinity and by unplugging it. I ran the Battlenet scan and repair I deleted the Battlenet cached folder however this is never done this ever. I don't know if this matters I'm running an RTX 5090 9800X3D 32 GB of Corsair Dominator titanium. It runs super cool I've spent a lot of money on that I've got an $800 motherboard in there the X870E Gigabyte Aorus Master A.I TOP... after previously having just the regular Aorus Master and the tomahawk Wi-Fi before that all X870E. I've made sure to put the best components in it I have it hooked up to an almost $1,000 UPS which if you don't know what by that term it is part battery backup but it cleans the voltage if it drops a little bit or goes too high it gives it stable voltage to make it last longer plus I bought the smart model by APC that is made for servers in businesses so it has a huge battery never had problems with anything. Again I play with the new PG32UCDM3 also just the regular one from last year from Asus Rog Swift. I've been meticulous never had a problem I'm running $650 Nova Elite headphones not even using the DAC I'm running it straight into a Shure broadcast microphone this after using the little Rinky Dink $200 Shure Gaming mic which is still good also upgraded from the Nova Pro wireless headphones when the elites came out. I've got an antec performance one foot case it comes with glass on both sides so I ordered from Taiwan where they're located a metal side so I can get the cutouts for it to breathe better. Anyways those last few things are neither here nor there you know it's also sitting on an RS gaming electrical desk but this thing is only for black ops 7 that's the only game I just started playing a little over a year ago nothing else but drivers are installed.

If somebody can help me out I will send them some Ram or do something
