I got my first-ever Owala recently from Amazon. It came out of the box looking like a mess (see pics). In spite of that, it's still the best bottle I have ever used. It keeps my water SO cold!

My question is this: do I need a replacement or are the wonky springs a common issue that won't affect quality? I just don't want to be without it long enough to send it back tbh.
