so the facilities person called out today and my GM and both MODs asked me to fill in. I’m a CSA and i feel like i already do way more than my job description. They will have me do temps sometimes, run the deli (solo a lot of the time), pulls and cover breaks at multiple stations.. I’m just upset because they waited until i got the deli and drops all set up for the day and then asked me to take over facilities. I honestly just want to go home I don’t want to do this for the rest of the day.

let me be the first to admit i’m pleasantly surprised at how good the seasoned beef is for the tacos. I’m convinced it’s the same product taco bell uses (ours might be better tbh). i like it so much i actually looked at the box it comes in for the ingredients so i could try and replicate it at home.
