











Here is my interpretation of an Umbrian general. Keep in mind that the miniature is only 15mm scale: I hope the pair of pegasi on top of the helmet will remain readable. They should, in theory; I can’t really make them any larger without them starting to look more like simple winglets.
Seeing this 15mm Etruscan army brought to such a high level of painting is undoubtedly the finest tribute that can be paid to my sculpting work. Jean-Philippe Imbach’s photographs and Claude Corbières’ superb painting enhance every detail and make one want even more to march against that young and presumptuous Roman Republic.
