Internet cutting out everyday (FTTP)

I've had FTTP since January and it's worked perfectly fine until about late May where it began cutting out around roughly same time every day, usually at night.

I've changed ISPs, changed which WAN port I have my ethernet cable plugged into, tried rebooting it every night and factory reset it but it keeps on happening. Called the guys at Launtel and they pretty much told me my ARP latency was fucked. Anything I should try doing?

Hrustic likely to leave the club as his contract expires at the end of this season. Has probably been Heracles' best player throughout the season and shouldn't be too hard for him to get a new club, likely another mid-table Eredivisie club, or a 2nd tier club for a major European nation.

I don't think he returns to Australia for another few years at least.
