Infinitedex says it's an egg move and the only other Mon that can learn it naturally based on infinitedex is Cloyster
Could I just fuse Mamoswine and Cloyster to get icicle crash and unfuse it to have mamoswine remember it through the pokecenter guy?

Hello, so my mom died over a month ago and i have access to her account through her phone, since i didn't want anybody be uncomfortable that a dead person's account was online i disabled the settings that marks the account as online for both facebook and messenger.
Now i just found out about the memorialization feature this day (6/10/2026) and set it up to have my personal account as the legacy contact, i also tried to request her account to be memorialized after setting myself as the legacy contact but this continues to appear.
I actually didn't want to do this but recently her messenger has been flagged as suspicious and needs her selfie to verify her identity, which i can't obviously, so i just decided to memorialize her account to also protect it from hackers (this is her second account because the old one got hacked and i wasn't able to do anything about it since i was young but this current one has been hacked 3 times and i managed to recover it each time)
Is this "request couldn't be processed thing" temporary and i just need to file the request another time? or is the memorialization feature an old one considering it's using an outdated ui?
I really want to make sure her account can still be checked out since it contains 10 years of memory
