I've used Joe Water for several years. They do a reasonable job for the monthly service. After Ian, I had to gripe until Joe (who had sold the company) got involved to resolve my problem. This month, they posted an 11% increase. FWIW, I haven't had a call in years. Is there a better option? I just want someone to check on my system from time to time, change the filter, and come when I have a problem without gouging me. I don't think that is too much to ask.

** I should say that JW went from $65 6o $72 a month. I am ready to do without a monthly plan
