Does anyone know the origin of this Japanese Ulysses series? I found what appears to be the second volume in a used book store. It has a lot of great pictures of Joyce and others in his life. Currently searching for the other volumes.
What are folks thoughts on Contre Saint Beuve? I was surprised to find a physical copy in a used book store. I’m about halfway through the Guermentes Way and will probably save reading it until after I finish all volumes
I have a soft spot for modernist authors. I found these three in a used bookstore over the weekend! My fave is the Japanese copy of Ulysses which seems to be a second volume in a series if anyone can point me to the first volume I’d be grateful! Also very cool to find a copy of an early translation of by way of Saint Beuve.
