Anyone here get elevated LDL?
My cholesterol was completely normal before animal-based diet and now my labs show:
- Total cholesterol: 5.7 mmol/L
- LDL: 3.7 mmol/L
- HDL: 1.84 mmol/L
- Triglycerides: 0.5 mmol/L
I eat a lot of butter, cheese, eggs and fatty meat so the diet change seems like the obvious cause.
Anyone else get this pattern?
