Spent a few days in the park hiking and heard from at least 5 different groups that they had been charged, had the trail blocked, or were unable to pass an aggressive cow w/ a recently born calf. On my way to Frozen Lake today a lady told me she had to spend 20 minutes on top of a boulder in the woods off trail before it finally moved on and left her alone. There are rumors of a man being pinned between some rocks after it charged him between Black Lake and Frozen lake but I did not speak to him personally.

It's their home up there and we're just visiting so take it slow and give them the respect that they deserve. Be safe up there.
