Does this mean 2 bags of 23kg combined total, or 2 bags of 23kg each? (Thai Airways)

Relocating from UK to Australia, so need as much baggage as possible to transport my entire life over! Not sure what the meaning of this checked baggage allowance is and I can't find any Thai Airways support.

Moving to Sydney, stuck between Bondi, Coogee, and Manly?

Hey, I'm a 30 year old single male moving from London to Sydney. After a lifetime of living in the city, I ideally want to live walking distance from a beach when I come over. The 3 towns I've been looking at are Bondi, Coogee, and Manly.

Which of those would you choose if you were in my shoes? And why?

I'm also open to any other suggestions! I was also looking at Surry Hills as a nice in between from the city centre and the coast?
