Safe to use?
I’m new to Blackstones and was gifted one a few months ago. The griddle was fairly rusty, but I spent several hours scraping it and using griddle stones on it. I’ve cooked on it a couple times in the past few months, and I always season it with Blackstone conditioner/seasoning afterwards. It looks like this currently. Is it safe to use in this state? What did I do wrong that caused rust to come back? I always keep a cover on it as well as a silicon griddle topper
