Genuine question

Genuine question

Are people really that simple minded that their mind defaults into thinking every character and scene from the new boys season somehow promotes upcoming shows in the universe?!?

Like a character can still have good scenes and be well written while promoting?!?

I genuinely think the hate for the new season is as simple as a hate train that everyone has jumped on.

Frye is right….

Sick of the inconsistency aswell… when it’s an offensive player who struggles on d the narrative is “defence is 50% of the game!! He’s useless out there if he isn’t defending well!!!” But when it’s the other way round it’s “his defence makes up for his offence!”

Players like ausar, amen and Daniel’s seem to somehow get a free pass from criticism because they’re high level and effort defenders… which is fine…. But stay consistent with the narrative for gods sake.

If you don’t like the previous 3 episodes then you’ve forgotten what makes the boys, the boys.

Entire character back stories in a quarter of an episode, actually interesting side plots, BETTER (still not great) scenes with the boys themselves, soldier boy being a top 3 character in the show and back to the elite scenes from Vought and Homelander.

Firecracker in the episode was absolutely insane, a great performance and a really well written POV section where it pretty much told us everything we need to know about her in less than a quarter of an episode.

If you think these episodes are “filler” you have forgotten what makes the boys, the boys.
