Just got a Pixel 10 pro, and the experience has not been great. One of the most frustrating aspects is the Google Assistant will not work with Gemini when activated by voice or the quick button on the side. It will allow me to talk but then responds with a 1099 error and I can never get it to work.

I've tried all the things, switching back to assistant and back, reinstall, restart phone... nothing works. I'm at my wits end. Any suggestions?

I get a blank window on the desktop app and browser. Nothing loads. I've done all the things like clearing cache, restarting, logging out, incognito, disabling extensions... nothing seems to fix it. Other claude stuff like chat, cowork, code all work. But design won't (and this is happening across multiple accounts i have... i'm a contractor).

I'm at my wits end. any ideas?

Feels like the Pixel 10 Pro has struggled across the board for me. One of the most frustrating issues is I cannot get the Google Assistant voice working with Gemini. Whenever I try and do it, it gives me a 1099 error. I have done all the typical steps that I found online, like:

- clearing cache

- restarting the phone

- switching from Assistant back to Gemini

- making sure that all the voice settings are enabled

It doesn't seem like you can retrain it for some reason. I get an error there too, saying that my device is not compatible with voice training so not sure what to do.
