Which slavery would you prefer

Same as the title

Would you rather a slave in shadow slave or chained soldier

For context in chained soldier the female lead has an ability to turn others into her slave for temporary period(also can turn on and off her abilities)

Difference between these 2 series is she actually takes PERMISSION to turn someone into her slave (unlike certain individual(S) ) also she has a drawback that she has to grant a wish to her slave , for monsters killing them is enough but for the MC lets just say it's an echi anime

I've heard good things and bad things about this, so can someone rate different parts of the novel(especially character writing and enjoyability)

I've seen someone argue that character have almost no depth and thousand year old act like edgy teens

While I've also heard about good antagonist

And excellent writing for the mc(saw a debate on insta saying that seo is better written than subaru ik both are completely different genre with different circumstances)

I really don't have any problem with a slightly badly written as long as it's enjoyable (and shit doesn't happen for the plot for example butchering of character writing for an event)

Oh btw I've read the manwha saw no problem there (ik to start the novel from beginning)
