Everything was fine at rehearsal last week. I just turned it on, and the top row of buttons (1, 2, 3) are not working. I tried to do a factory reset, but because that requires you to hold down 2 & 3 when starting up, it didn't do anything.
Any ideas? I bought it about 2 years ago, so I'm gonna assume it's probably out of warranty.

I thought it was an Android thing cause this particular recipient is on Android, but other people on Android receive images just fine. This happens when I sent from my iPhone too.
