PPG&S/CONUS
I've posted versions of this in comments on various threads, but I thought I'd make an actual post to show how I'm storing inks.
I repurposed a bunch of toolboxes that are the right size for both bottles and 5 mL sample tubes. The beauty for me is that the cases lock together, they have handles for easy gripping, and they're spill-proof. They're not secured to the shelves, which is a problem I'm still considering, but are otherwise ideal. This method definitely isn't as pretty as a lot of the posts I see in this sub, but it all works fairly well, at least until I come up with something better.
Oh, and the binders at the top are the current iteration of my color-coded swatch card sleeves. They're just trading card binders. The colors are black, gray, white (waterproof/water-resistant), brown, orange, yellow, yellow-green, green, teal, blue, purple, pink, red, and maroon. That's how I sort the inks on the computer, too.
Why so many? I'm building a little website. I'll make a separate post about that (pending mod approval) as I get closer to the release date.
