LuLeey LL-XS2510 (RTL960x) registers on EPON OLT but ISP passes ZERO data. Cable Color (Honduras) + UniFi UCG-Fiber. Per-device provisioning wall?
SETUP
- ISP: Cable Color (Honduras). EPON, TR-069 provisioned (ACS at acsprod.cablecolor.hn).
- Original ONU: a Realtek-based "GPNC44C" router. WAN service "1_INTERNET_TR069_R_VID_202":
- VLAN 202 tagged, IPoE Static, no LOID/PLOAM (so auth is MAC-only).
Goal:
- replace the GPNC44C with a LuLeey LL-XS2510 (chip DFP-34X-2C2) SFP ONU in a UniFi UCG-Fiber, to kill the double-NAT.
WHAT WORKS .... the stick registers for REAL
- Firmware: XS2510_SFU_LuLeey_241026 (SFU/bridge)
- Stick MAC = original ONU's System/LLID MAC ([dc:a7:06:xx:xx:67])
- MACKEY = MD5("hsgq1.9a" + MAC_uppercase) (keygen from Anime4000/RTL960x #95) -> "Mackey Status: success"
PON Status: Registered, Tx ~+2 dBm, Rx ~-23 dBm. Stable.
THE PROBLEM
Despite real registration, no data passes. The UCG WAN gets no DHCP offer and can't reach the ISP gateway. Tried every combination:
- UCG WAN: static (assigned IP) AND DHCP
- VLAN: stick Transparent + UCG tags 202 / stick PVID 202 + UCG untagged / stick "Auto (by ISP)"
- UCG WAN MAC cloned to the original WAN MAC (…:68 = System MAC +1)
Every time: link up, ONU registered, but the BNG is silent (no gateway ARP, no DHCP).
HYPOTHESIS
Cable Color provisions the data path to the specific GPNC44C device (eOAM/TR-069), so a 3rd-party ONU passes MPCP/MAC registration but never gets its LLID data-provisioned. Original ONU reports
EPON_ONU_MODEL=RH07, OUI DCA706.
QUESTIONS
- Has anyone gotten a 3rd-party ONU working on Cable Color, or on another TR-069 / per-device-provisioned EPON ISP?
- Is there an eOAM identity field (vendor/model/serial) the OLT checks that I can still spoof on the LL-XS2510 (newer firmware dropped the OUI field)?
- Any way to trigger the OLT's eOAM data-provisioning from the ONU side?
Thanks!
