Why are law students very immature in handling conflicts?

Hello! I’m from SBU (1L), and I recently stumbled upon the cheating issue posted here. Are people really so quick to judge a person to the point where, instead of filing a formal investigation for the cheating issue, they just resort to posting libelous comments and dragging people down in this platform? If that is the second time a student has done that, why not report it to the proper forum so that the student can be punished for his/her actions?

We always clamor for due process during the drug war, but we do not follow it in cases such as this? Oh please. Stop being hypocrites. We all have Constitutional Law 2 in our syllabus right? I just wished that the core principles in the Bill of Rights is also being followed in our daily lives, especially in our respective institution.

I agree that we should NEVER tolerate cheating, BUT let’s ALSO NOT tolerate nor normalize libelous comments being posted here. Let the accused defend himself/herself in the proper forum. Let him/her afford due process of law.

Sabi nga ni Atty. Chris Carlson sa Bar Boys (1:14:38): “Even criminals have the right to a defense.”
