I've been building Panorama Environments, a free app for Vision Pro that lets you browse and download panoramas to use as custom environments in visionOS 27. Just shipped a pretty big update.

What's new:

• Community feed: you can now upload your own panoramas and browse ones shared by other people, not just the built-in sources.

• Immersive preview: before you download anything, you can step inside the panorama and look around.

• Search by address: type any location and it pulls 360° street-level views from that exact spot or the nearest if it doesn't existe.

The existing sources are still there too: a live Unsplash feed, the NASA Apollo lunar series, and official Alien: Earth set imagery.

Hey everyone, solo dev of Party Games here. Version 2.5 just shipped and I wanted to share what's inside.

Flight Simulator: you pick a destination like New York, London, Las Vegas or Monaco and fly over the real world in 3D satellite imagery on a giant screen. You can pilot with your hands using the cockpit stick and throttle lever, or with a game controller. In multiplayer everyone flies their own plane and you see your friends in the sky with compass arrows to find them. It looks amazing thanks to Apple new Flyover feature in visionOS 27.

Escape Rooms: more than 20 scenarios that appear as miniature dioramas on your table. Haunted manor, pirate ship, secret lab, bank heist, bomb defusal, pharaoh's tomb, submarine, casino, asylum and more. You search the scene, flip objects, find keys and codes. Works solo or in coop where every move is synced in real time between players. And once you have beaten them all, an AI can generate completely new rooms on demand with the difficulty you choose.

Punch Power got a full rework: it is now an arcade punching machine you play turn by turn. Three punches each, the pad flips on impact, and your fist speed sets the score.

And by popular demand, every car mode is now playable with a PlayStation or Xbox controller, with smooth stick steering and triggers for gas and brake.

Everything is solo or multiplayer over FaceTime and SharePlay, with over 100 games now.

Every car mode is driven with a virtual steering wheel tracked by your hands. You grip the air, turn, accelerate and brake naturally. No controller, no accessory, just your hands and full immersion.

Formula 1
Immersive F1 cockpit. Time trial or race.

Rally
WRC off road rally with realistic drift, 3 tracks.

Neon Moto
Cyberpunk neon bike racing. Lean to steer with hand tracking, live speedometer, neon trails and boost. Long wide straights for pure speed across 3 neon maps.

Tron VR
Tron style snake in VR. Pilot a light cycle that auto accelerates, steering with hand tracking. Touch any trail or wall = instant death. Last rider standing wins the round, first to 3 wins the match.

Monster Sumo
Motorized monster truck sumo on a raised platform. 2 to 5 players free for all, shove rivals into the void while staying on the arena. Capped speed, 3 arenas.

Monster Truck
Short oval track covered in mega bumps with two opposite jump ramps. Cartoon truck, huge knobby tires, soft suspension, roaring V8. 3 arenas, big air guaranteed.

Hey everyone, I just shipped Party Games 2.3, the biggest update for my visionOS party app since launch. Here's what's new:

New modes:

- Dance Mode: a Beat Saber-style rhythm experience. You pick any track from Apple Music and the spheres get colored after the album artwork, in sync with the BPM.

- Just Dance (Beta): a full choreography is generated from any Apple Music song, with a 3D mirror and hand and head tracking.

- Rollercoaster : a fully immersive ride above the clouds.

- Virtual Jogging: solo or with your friends, with live cadence and calorie tracking.

- Infinite Runner: endless run, dodge and catch the bricks to beat your friends' high scores.

- Tic Tac Toe: the classic 3x3 in multiplayer over SharePlay.

- Hot Potato: pass the explosive bomb before it blows up.

- Geo Seeker: one player hides in a Street View of their choice, and the others have to track them down.

- Rent Guessr: guess the price of a real (French) listing.

Improvements:

- Football now has new fields and a brand new Goalkeeper mode, so one of you can finally play in goal.

- Odds-based betting: you can now bet on other players, with real odds computed from their history on each mode.

Integrations:

- Philips Hue: pair your smart bulbs once in the Settings, and your room lights up to the beat in every music mode (Music Quiz, Lyrics Quiz, Dance, Just Dance).

- HealthKit: every cardio mode now tracks your calories live, directly on your Apple Watch and iPhone, with a dedicated Cardio tab in the Achievements.

The app is solo or multiplayer over FaceTime and SharePlay, with auto-positioned spatial personas, and now bundles over 60 modes total.

THE NEW SPORTS

• Bowling: Classic 10-frame with strikes, spares and official scoring

• Pétanque: Throw your boules and get closest to the jack. Blue vs Red, first to 13 wins

• Basketball: Shoot hoops in mixed reality with pure hand control

• Football: Head the incoming balls into the goal, 20 balls from every angle

• Baseball: Hit pitches with your bat, everyone plays at the same time

• Tennis: Full VR tennis with racket and physical ball, automatic tournament brackets

• Shuffleboard: Slide pucks across 3 rounds, watch out for the Kitchen!

• Frisbee: Throw the disc as far as you can, best distance wins
