Last week the App Store editors featured Morning Brief in "New in Apps and Games This Week", and honestly that motivated me to go way bigger than planned for the next update. So here is 3.0.

Morning Brief is now on iPhone and iPad too.

Same app, same one-time purchase, universal.

On iPhone the spatial arc becomes a scroll of cards, and the spoken briefing highlights and scrolls to each topic as it talks about it.

There are Home Screen widgets, including a Day Recap poster styled like the 3D morning paper, and the small widget shows up in StandBy, which turns your nightstand iPhone into a tiny morning brief. Settings sync between devices through iCloud.

New on both platforms:

- Health panel (optional, off by default): last night's sleep, today's steps and exercise, and an energy score computed on device from your sleep and your resting heart rate against your own 30-day baseline. The briefing mentions it without ever being judgmental.

- Evening Brief: after 5 PM the app flips to tomorrow. Weather for tomorrow, tomorrow's events, when to leave for your first meeting, and it wishes you a good night.

- Reminders (optional): what is due today or tomorrow, deliberately never the overdue backlog.

- Hey Siri, start my Morning Brief. It just works, morning or evening flavor depending on the time.

Hey everyone, another day, another app.

I just shipped Morning Brief, the idea: You put on the headset with your coffee, and five panels appear in an arc around you: weather with hourly forecast, today's agenda, commute time with the route drawn on a map, headlines on the topics you picked, and your stocks.

The part that makes it feel alive is the spoken briefing. Apple Intelligence writes a short summary from your actual data (your real calendar, your real commute, your tickers) and reads it out loud. The scene follows the voice: when it talks about a company, a 3D chart of that stock rises in front of you. When it mentions your next meeting, the event lights up on a floating 3D timeline of your day. When it gets to the commute, the route map slides in.

Everything is also tappable outside the briefing: tap a stock for its 3D chart, tap a headline and it opens in a built-in reader window so you never leave the scene.

On privacy: there is no account, no server on my side, and no tracking of any kind. The briefing is generated entirely on device. Your calendar and addresses never leave the headset. Weather, news and market data are fetched anonymously.

Hey everyone,

I just finished Puzzle Photo, a small game I built to make jigsaw puzzle of your own pictures.

The idea is simple: you pick any picture from your library, the app cuts it into real jigsaw pieces and the pieces scatter and float around your room in mixed reality. You pinch a piece, bring it next to its correct neighbor, and they click together into a cluster that moves as one. Keep going until the photo is whole again, hanging in the air in front of you.

Some features:

- Four difficulties, from 9 big pieces to 36 tiny ones scattered across your whole room

- Spatial audio for everything: picking up a piece, getting close to a correct spot, clicking pieces together. The click comes from exactly where it happened.

- Achievements, daily streaks and best times per difficulty.

- Every finished game is recorded, so you can rewatch any past puzzle assembling itself move by move, up to 4x speed.

- You can play in passthrough or in an environment.

Privacy: your photos never leave the device. There is no network code in the app at all. No accounts, no analytics, no ads.

Hey everyone.

I released Table Keyboard 1.0 last Sunday (a full-size virtual keyboard that lies flat on your desk and types into your Mac). The response was way beyond what I expected, so I barely slept and shipped 2.0 one day later. And yes, it brings back the Touch Bar.

It's a contextual strip that sits under the keyboard and mirrors whatever app is frontmost on your Mac:

- Safari shows your tabs

- Finder shows your folders

- Xcode shows its build controls

- Music and Spotify show the playing track with its artwork

- Every other app gets universal actions, and the Control Strip keeps brightness, volume, media and screen lock one tap away

- Your Mac's Dock within reach: tap an app to launch it or switch to it, even from a fullscreen app.

- Logitech Muse support: it drives the trackpad as a precision stylus for a steadier cursor.

Saw the "magic notepad" idea trending on X and couldn't resist building it for Vision Pro.

Magic Tablet is a paper tablet that sits flat on your real table (it's a volume, so it snaps to the surface). You write a question on it, with a Logitech Muse if you have one, or just your finger and the ink dissolves off the page like something out of Harry Potter. Then the answer writes itself back.

A few details:

- Powered by Apple Intelligence, 100% on device: you need it enabled (Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri)

- Ask anything, but it can also check the real weather above you and read today's calendar if you ask

- Voice dictation too: speak, and your words appear in handwriting before being answered

- Free, no account, no tracking, nothing collected

Honestly, I'm not sure yet if it's genuinely useful or just fun, that's kind of the point of shipping it. If you have ideas that would make it actually valuable, I'm all ears and I'll build the good ones.

EDIT: v1.1 is live, and it ships one of a requested feature: a transcribe mode. Flip the toggle to the clipboard, and your text is instantly copied, ready to paste in any app (notes, Safari, Messages...). Also new: a welcome walkthrough written right on the tablet. I have been working on this for months and it is finally out. Table Keyboard is a visionOS app that puts a virtual keyboard and trackpad on your actual desk, and sends everything to your Mac over your local network. Combined with Mac Virtual Display, you can run your whole Mac setup with nothing on your desk.

What it does:

- Surface snapping: bring the keyboard near your desk or any flat surface and it pins itself flat onto it, right where you want to type

- Full keyboard plus a built-in trackpad, so pointing, clicking, scrolling and dragging all work on your Mac

- Dictation that types incrementally as you speak, and follows your device language

- Shortcuts to switch between fullscreen apps and Spaces

- Logitech Muse support

- Custom skins and keyboard sound themes

The Trackpad is currently in beta but I'm trying to make it better and better every day.

It needs a small free companion app on the Mac side to receive the input (macOS requires an app with Accessibility permission to inject keyboard and mouse events, there is no way around that).
