Earnings Date?
Is earnings this morning? I can’t seem to find a date online, but I thought it was today. Thanks.

Yesterday provided great news in terms of what executive management can control. Focusing acquisition resources on cash flowing businesses is smart and I believe the lowest risk path forward. At the end of the day, as shareholders we want revenues to expand faster than dilution, and buying cash flowing businesses that can be “rolled up” and unlock synergies is the right path. I also believe that after successful acquisition and integration it will take less pressure off the federal approval process for the bank and scaling revenues to profitability. In general, banks trade at lower multiples as well so as shareholders this is an incredibly agreeable direction.
Yesterday, Google announced earnings that would otherwise be a resounding success. Cloud sales are up 80%+, revenues and EPS were both beats, etc. The fear right now in the market as I’m sure you are all aware is around AI CapEx, which Google is still increasing and hence their stock (and the market) has rippled. Is ATCH spending money? Yes, but on synergistic, cash flowing businesses. This noise will not impact Atlasclear long term as their highly regulated service platform cannot be duplicated by AI. Consider this time period of waiting for approvals as the moat they are building against AI.
NFA, just my outlook.
StoneX is a prime example of what Atlasclear’s business can achieve at scale. They need more volume and they need more clients, but with each they sign and turn active, they will scale revenues faster than their fixed base. This echoes what John and Craig have been iterating in their presentations. When they say it’s undervalued and poised to grow, I believe them. As an investor though who has bought and sold ALAB and MU, it does hurt to sit on the sidelines of the data center buildout. However, this has been a conviction play of mine since the fall. After my initial profit taking, I got back in and have DCA’d since. I believe this company in a year should be at a market cap of $100m if they are successful in bank acquisition. Share price depending on shares issued.
TLDR I think this $30M cap price point is a solid entry given the potential. My breakeven point is $0.44. 37k shares. If you’re already an investor, hang in there. Watch for new revenue streams coming online.
Also, board member Steve Carlson was hired in September. His former role was President of StoneX security business. Just saying…
