I basically have no friends and tall to no one except for my family. I want to make friends but it's hard because not only am I shy but I'm also socially awkward as well and have a hard time walking up to people, starting conversations, and continuing conversations. How do I stop being shy and awkward so that I can build relationships with other people that aren't family.
