Historic Core Area / Title Guarantee Lofts

Hi all,

Lived all around LA my whole life but always wanted to do a artist loft so I've finally been looking into it. How is this area / any one know about this building? Any dtla living tips for a prospective renter?

What is this creature / brand / figure?

ok so i admittedly have very little knowledge about the craft and hobby, but I came across the YouTube video in the attached pic, and was just completely enamored by the figure in the photo. any help? It looks very godzilla when they zoomed out to the rest of its body
