Need help identifying this unbranded high lumen (500-1000!) bike light with RGB sides

It doesn't at all have a brand name, or a mount. Photos included in the comments.

Upright, Upside down, On (from behind, upright) and another of it on. Video shows it at a grainy resolution (it's upscaled, webcam is 720p) but in similar details.

I decided to hardwire that same light I posted about a while ago. Verified that it wouldn't get cooked if I hooked it up to a li-ion cell (worked fine).

This only shows the light being wired up. I didn't record the holes I poked into the sides of it (which took a while to do, going from the bottom sides is a terrible idea that never works).

Wiring it to the battery compartment is an easy thing to do. Preparing the light for it took the longest.
