Hi everyone, is anyone else currently facing delays in property registration in Bangalore?

I'm buying an apartment through an assignment agreement, and the builder has already applied for registration. However, I'm being told that registrations for projects are currently not progressing at the government level and there is no definite timeline.

Because of this, my home loan disbursement is also stuck, as the bank is waiting for registration before releasing the loan.

Has anyone else recently faced the same issue with registration/e-Khata/ePID in Bangalore?

If yes, it would be helpful to know:

• Which project/builder?
• When did you apply for registration?
• What reason were you given for the delay?
• Has anyone's registration been completed recently?
• Any idea how long the current delay is expected to last?
