Is it possible to buy a higher mg pen but use smaller doses. Just seen its £200 for the 5mg but £289 for 10mg. Can I go half way with the clicks? Make a 10mg pen last longer? Or is this a ridiculous thought. I only started last Wednesday but looking at how to make this affordable

Hello, I took my first dose 2.5mg yesterday about 2pm. Today I have woken and feel tender in places - like on my nexk, shoulders, arms. A bit of tenderness when I put a little pressure. Is this a know symptom of this injection (bearing in mind it hasn’t even been 24 hours) or am I coming down with something- I do have a mild sore throat. I am due to visit elderly family so don’t want to take an illness with me!
