I need some information and this feels like the right place. So quick introduction. I’m a hypnotherapist. The institute I learned from has 5 levels. When I completed my 3rd level which taught me how to heal the inner child, I had a lot of my own issues show up. I reached out to my mentor and we did a session. I wanted help with my finances, career, being lost in life in general. My mentor asked me to pick one issue. I chose to work on my finances. As we started the session, I regressed into a past life. Past life regression is a part of the curriculum that is taught in level 4. Since I had only completed level 3 at the time, I did not know how it works.
In the session, I was Lilith from my past life. It was surprising that I chose to work on my finances, but under hypnosis my subconscious mind chose to go into a past life to show me that relationships in my life needed work. It wasn’t even my priority at the time.
I was so beautiful with wings on my back and walked the earth with powers. I flew above creation to see what was created and it was so beautiful. Everything from above looked like so tiny. I had an elephant I loved a lot and would watch over it while I flew above.
And with me was Adam and we loved each other. He was constantly controlling me. I told him I am made equally like u were. There was white clay that we were moulded out from and there were elements poured into us and the creator breathed life into us. We were made the same. But Adam kept wanting to control me. I left him. Then angel Gabriel came to me and asked me to return. I refused.
There was more that I saw. Since that session Iv taken a lot of sessions and Lilith shows up as my past life personality.
9 months ago, I met my current Bf. In my sessions, when Lilith shows up, my bfs past life personality shows up as Adam. And I get the message that this was the original plan for Adam and Lilith to be together.
It’s been almost a year, since I did the first session and Iv been trying to find information about Lilith to make sense of what I saw in my session.
But I just can’t find it or if I find something happens and the info is not available to me.
Right now as well as I started writing this, I had the whole session clearly in my head, but I’m blanking out on most of it, so can’t write about it.
As a hypnotherapist, I know the subconscious mind likes to tell stories cause it helps to understand things easily. At times, when the story is overwhelming, we advise to focus on the learning and the wisdom out of the session instead of the story. This helped in the start. I focused only on the wisdom from that session.
As I took more sessions and Lilith showed up as my past life personality, I couldn’t let the thought go.
Would really love some help on understanding Lilith better.
