Still experiencing slight dizziness when lying in bed. Any help?

Hi!
In March, after two weeks of episodes of extreme dizziness I was diagnosed with BPPV by my laryngologist. She did an Epley maneuver, I did everything as she told me to, I was free of dizziness for an entire month.
In April, I started experiencing it again - it was just sudden, short spinning in my head and then back to normal. Nothing as extreme as I experienced a month earlier. Went to the same doctor, she did the maneuver and told me to do the Brandt-Daroff exercise.
I started doing it last week and felt completely fine. I didn’t experience any dizziness during the exercises but I do feel a little uneasy for a couple of minutes after doing them.
What is worrying me is that I started experiencing dizziness AGAIN when I’m lying on my right side or move my head to the right side. I’m exhausted as I can only either sleep on my back or on my left side and I keep waking up whenever I want to change sides because I have to do it really slow.

Has anyone struggled with recurring episodes even after the maneuvers and exercises? Is there a way to fix this? I’m honestly tired of it.
