The hype is over. The m64 has been released. I purchased the clear one. I pre-ordered the GameStop version. Because I like that color. All said and done, I still like my chromatic better. Yes because it's portable. Yes because I am more emotionally connected to it. After the nes, and the game boy, I grew up. I was chasing chicks. I'm sorry I did not mean that it's not politically correct. My emotions are in the 8-Bit generation. I did buy many systems after that and that's why I bought the m64. I will probably buy the next one modretro releases because they are an awesome company. I just wanted to express myself and say that the chromatic is better. In my opinion. I'm not talking graphics blah blah blah. I can't wait to play Rayman. Thank you Modretro!

I'm going to be honest. It took me a couple days to go through the actual settings part of the system. I did hit z and start the to restart a game or to turn the system off. Couple days in I was getting my butt kicked at Tony hawk so I got so frustrated and I decided hey take a break. I pressed the z and start button and I was going through the settings. I see that m64 bin file not found error. Or is it an error? Please someone help me. Is it normal or is it broken. I did everything I was supposed to do. I updated it multiple times to see if that would fix it and that didn't fix it. What it is? Thank you!

I'm only posting this because I was in a pinch. I suggest you buy the pro controller from Modretro directly or wait for the smoke color from GameStop. If you need a controller quick, you can go to Walmart dot com and they will deliver you one in two days. I think I paid $13.49. I'm shocked. For a throwaway is not bad. They packaged it nice and the analog is really tight. Like I said I'm only here to suggest if you're in my situation. Thank you

I'm sorry if this has already been asked. I'm starting to panic because I did some research. I bought the m64 but I did not buy the pro controller. Lots of money for that controller and I'm not ready to pull the trigger yet. I was planning to use my PS5 controller until I pulled the trigger or get a cheapy n64 controller. Has anyone tested a PS5 controller yet?
