What happens when you have a haunted doll in your room, and want to please yourself if you know what I mean? Would the ghost care? I'd feel uncomfortable knowing someones watching me lol

I'm a medium but I've never experienced seeing ghosts before, last night before i feel asleep, I saw a almost transparent, grainy and blurry young cat on my bed, walking towards me. He had a thick collar and i don't know what color he was, it was all in grayscale for me. I reached my hand out to him and kinda started petting him? He looked like he enjoyed it, after i stopped petting him, he just disappeared. I'm wondering if it was just my brain messing with me or if it was an actual cat ghost. Either way that was a really sweet encounter

If you buy a haunted doll for example from the uk but you live in another country, can they understand you when you talk to them in your native laungage or should you be speaking English so they understand?

I'm 15 and I've been interested in the paranormal and especially spirits for years, I already have some equipment and I've communicated with spirits a few times. Now I'm considering a haunted doll and I'd like to know if me being only 15 changes anything, what's y'alls opinion? And any advice? Also I'm very emotionally mature and I carry a lot of empathy for spirits, I would never disrespect them <3
