Only stop to Ethanol madness

Only stop to Ethanol madness

I have said this in a previous post on this sub but I was flamed out of existence. But let me say this again.

The government is not going to listen to us crying about Ethanol blending, so only thing we can do is to raise our voices to the manufacturers to make future vehicles E85 Flex Fuel compliant.

Not only we need high corrosion resistance on our engine, we need an onboard fuel ratio device to calculate the amount of ethanol.

Trust me, with this current +10 blending setup, we're buying vehicles that are going to get problems eventually.

If manufacturers start making E85 flex fuel vehicles, at least we can get vehicles tha we can cherish for the next 10-20 years.

At least instead of increasing the ethanol content by 5 or 10, it's straight to e85. And because all e85s will be flex fuel, we can put anything to E0, up to E85.

One more thing, E85 compatible engines can produce more power. Look at what Koenigsegg is doing with E85.
