



I have been using the app for a few years and have had pretty much no problems. Occasionally cash back wouldn't hit but I keep my receipts and submit them to customer service and they honor it. Last month thought I was blatantly lied to by an agent and now they refuse to help me. For the past couple months they have been doing these bonuses, do 10 purchases or 12 purchases and you'll get a 20cent bonus, 30 cent, whatever it may be. I have noticed though that the emails they send promoting this doesn't match the info on the app and I always email them to clarify. In may the email said you have to make 10 purchases, the app said 12, so I ask what was up and they said just do 10 and you'll get the bonus, which they honored. Well in June the email said make 10 purchases you'll get a 30cent bonus, the app said 13, so I reached out and asked for clarification. The agent told me that both were correct, two separate 30cent bonuses, one if I hit 10 and another when I hit 13. Well now fast forward to July 1st and I should have two 30cent bonuses and they are refusing to apply both. Their very own emplyee promised me I would get both and now that the time has come they won't honor it. Absolutely deplorable behavior and terrible business practices. I will be finding an alternative for sure.
