can you take too much biotin?

I started taking biotin to help with my hair. Then I realized my multivitamin already has biotin, so now I'm wondering, can you take too much biotin?

I searched can you take too much of it, but im not sure about advice i find on the internet. I also read it might affect some blood tests, which I wasn't expecting. so does anyone know how much biotin is too much and will it affect my blood tests??

oura vs fitbit keeps showing up in recommendations

i have been researching oura and fitbit before buying a fitness tracker. Every review, Reddit thread, and YouTube video seems to turn into oura vs fitbit, even when I'm looking for something else

I care about sleep tracking and battery life, not brand loyalty. It's making the search more confusing because there are barely any discussions about other options.

Has anyone else noticed this, or is there another tracker I should be looking at instead?

can you jailbreak a roku?

i tried to find out if jailbreaking a roku is actually possible. Most say yes, but they end up talking about developer mode or screen mirroring instead.

I checked a few articles and videos, but they all seem to contradict each other. It feels like that title is just being used as clickbait. Has anyone actually done it recently, or is it basically not possible?

i'm thinking about changing careers. I keep searching is cyber security hard, but every answer seems different. stress management retreat for burnout?

I've been been looking into a stress management retreat because work has been pretty stressful lately. I spend most of my day at a desk and figured I should do something before I burn out, because that will definitely happen sooner or later

I almost booked one, but the reviews were weird. Some people say it was life changing, others say it wasn't worth the money.

Has anyone here actually been to a stress management retreat? Did it help after you got home?
