Please suggest me a laptop

m eyeing on these 2 as of now, I dont have any budget, the price should be as low as possible, and my usage is basically coding+ data analytics(im in btech final year). And yes thought of buying Refurbished from nehru place and other websites or shops but i didn't like it.
