Well that basically is the whole question. My Malk referred to Knox like that. And while with other special names that Malk flegling uses - for Mercurio, Tung, Voermans etc - it's clear how they originated or what easter egg lies begind them, but what's with "golden ghoulie"? Is it just because he's so jolly and happy to be a ghoul or???

I'm currently finishing up my first VTMB playthough. This is amazing. It's also the first videogame I have ever played in my life and I'm just so filled with joy.

I played Ventrue bc fav clan out of given choices, struggled so hard with fighting in the beginning bc I didn't get like actual mechanics of it at first, then got the hang of everything and enjoyed every second of it. I tried to play the bootlickiest Camarilla bootlicker as possible – Skelter hates me, but this playstyle did not last long.

Bc I was so bad with game mechanics, I killed a couple of my victims while feeding in the beginning and humanity went poof oh so fast. Before even finishing Santa Monica my poor Ventrue was Humanity 4 and I decided to go with it, so it went around 2-4 all the time. This was hilarious, the dialogue options are so unhinged. The only thing I didn't enjoy about it was that the game was not letting me save >!Julius no matter what dialogue options I did :(( My poor guy. I never made fun of him. He was a little scrimblo for sure.!<

And then I got to Hallowbrook hotel mission and the shit became even more hilarious. >!From top of Atrium I saw flamethrower in the basement level and got down to get it, and boom - Anrdrei starts talking to me. And he's so sweet and I was super surprised. Turns out if you talk to him in his villa about joining Sabbat, he actually remembers it and let's you go if you really insisnt on joining! He also gives a monstrous little pep talk and even gifts a cute Tal'mahe'Ra sword. What a pleasant guy to work with lmao! I didn't have fire a single shot at Hallowbrook. And I choose "I wanna join Sabbath" option at his villa just for funsies, I never thought it will lowkey lock me in for the wonderful plot option.!<

And in the end when >!taxi driver drives me away from Bloodhunt, I did not have other dialogue options other than sticking with Sabbat.!< This is so Sabbat coded – once you are with them, you bond forever. Incredible, I love it. My sweet little Camarilla bootliker really just became tanky Sabbat Ventrue antitribu with a cool Sabbat sword, leather fucking coat and three Humanity. Unironically amazing.

&gt;!Now i'm off to go after both Ming-Xiao and Lacroix (who was really happy as a little girl as predicted when I lied to him about killing Andrei. I was rolling on the floor when this appeared in the quest log)!< I'm so satisfied with this first playthrough. Never thought I'd be finishing it like that, but this is lowkey fire. 1000% fun and I'm looking forward to re-play the whole game for other clans as well, simply obsessed (and also it's time to try to retain humanity or something for once 😭🙏 lol!!)

I'm writing a Sabbath oneshot based in 1970s on US/Mexico border — it's gonna be something "From Dusk Till Dawn" themed (Just in case, idrc how much Sabbath were present there in canon, it's just oneshot and I just want non-Camarilla vibes and social rules).

But I'm pretty new to WoD, have only run and played Camarilla or Anarch games, and I have zero idea how Sabbath looks outside of being a BBEG to these two sects. I need to figure out how average unlife for Sabbath member would look like. Camarilla vamps usually go around plotting and scheming inside one city, run their businesses and stuff; Anarchs just do whatever makes them happy. But Sabbath, as I understand, are organization with religious purposes and various rituals/traditions and such, and I don't know how to portray that in-game. How would average Sabbath (shovelhead or true Sabbath) unlife look like? What would they usually do at night? What packs usually do? What are their purposes - generic purposes why Sabbath members would get together in packs? As I understand, pack brings vampires much closer than Cam coterie, but how much time vampires actually spend nightly with packmates, and how much of this time is usually dedicated to accomplishing some mission? Are they usually staying at one city or is it not weird for them to move between cities when they try to get something done? How much structure, traditions and beliefs of Sabbath influence average unlife routine of a vamp? I need some general stereotypical ideas so I can jump off of something while creating stuff for player pack to do, just to understand how sect works on night to night basis.

My basic idea for oneshot lies in that player pack gets sent to a remote site in the middle of nowhere, where ?some other Sabbath faction? (idk still what that may be) is doing some shady party, and they have to figure out what's going on in that place and crash the party without being wiped off the moment they arrive. This is pretty routine-breaking task, but I want to just know more about nightly unlife for Sabbath to build NPC and maybe some plot.
