Just sharing my late cat...

Here is Sox a few months ago. I don't know exactly how old he was but he was about 18 years old. He was originally a rescue, and then I took him when some friends moved to a place that didn't allow pets. I had him about 10 years. He hated being picked up, and would never sit on your lap, but was always incredibly affectionate to anyone in the house, and would happily spend hours sat next to you getting stroked and purring loudly.

He had already started to get a bit thin, but after this picture he started to lose a lot of weight, and began losing interest in his food. He had a blood test and found very low vitamin B12. Initially tried some B12 and special food, but he never regained his appetite, and he kept losing weight, so made the decision to take him back to the vet last night and we decided to let him go. He passed very peacefully.

Very sad to have lost him and he will be missed, the house feels very empty now, but I am thankful I decided to take him when I did and not leave it any longer and gave him a peaceful end.

Edit: Wasn't expecting so many lovely replies. Thank you you all.

VR--Video Memory issue, but only after 30 minutes or so gameplay

Anyone else have their VR throwing video memory error, and glitching out/crashing the game?

Faultless, stunning gameplay for around 30 minutes. Get shot down, or spawn in a new plane and then it comes up with the red Not Enough Video Memory error message. Game then instantly becomes unplayable and dives to around 5 fps, more often than not I have to physically turn my PC and reboot as I can't even alt-tab out.

Pixmax Crystal Light
nVidia 4080
7800X3d
64GB RAM

Tried following some guides and have pretty much everything graphically turned down, and the game is butter smooth....until its not.

Loving the game otherwise.

Crystal Light and the dreaded 10600 error...

OK. So had been using my PCL quite happily. I left it a few days waiting for the thicker foam to be delivered. Went to play today, and after starting PimaxPlay, I recalibrated my play area inside the app, so the headset was working fine. I started SteamVR but when it started it kept saying "Connect Headset"

Went back to the PimaxPlay and now the headset says disconnected. If I try to restart the service it shows the USB connected but the DP is not connected causing the 10600.

I went through with the online chat. New drivers, Older Pimax app, uninstalling, different ports etc. but nothing worked. (I thought the service agent was excellent, but his script ran out of ideas.)

I have submitted a support ticket, but in the meantime, I've tried deleting the "Slam" folder as suggested on this sub, also tried disconnecting all USB's except the Pimax.

I know a new cable seems to fix it for some, but it seems strange that a cable would fail in the few seconds between redefining my play area and booting SteamVR.

Anything else I've missed or could try?? Short of a fresh OS install I am out of troubleshooting ideas, but would appreciate any suggestions while I wait on my ticket to be answered.
