What would you do to improve relationships between shoppers and companies? If you had a magic wand and could change anything, what would you abracadabra?

What type of job would you NEVER consider even if it paid well?

Does Intouch Insight still have regular schedulers/employees? Emails that used to come from a person now come automatically from a no reply account and no one responds to any messages directly. I was declined on a job noting my timestamp is off and the job was not completed during the correct hours but I have geotagged photos and receipts to show this is not correct. I've sent four follow ups with information included and nothing-.

What is most frustrating is the editor is declining because they are saying the job was completed after midnight but my outdoor location photos are in broad daylight (as was the scheduled time.)

I laugh because I'm old and definitely don't mystery shop when it's dark out ESPECIALLY after midnight.

This used to be one of my favorite MSCs but if this is now the norm I'm done with them.

There are only two guidelines we ask you follow on this subreddit:

#1 Respect your contract. Please do not include the name of a client and their current/former MSC in the same post or within the comments. This is a direct violation of your independent shopper agreements and can put this community in danger. We know mistakes happen, but please edit your post if requested.

#2 No self promotion. Do not try to sell access to a list of companies, MS opportunities, promote your tik tok, your shopping you tube channel, or any other method of profiting from mystery shopping info. The info on how to start is free not only here, but in many other places.

REPS/MSCs: What is one thing that would help you tremendously if shoppers did/didn't do while shopping or reporting? Your shopper "pet peeve" so to speak?

Shoppers: What is your editor/scheduler/feedback pet peeve? What could companies do better for you?

I HATE getting 9/10 on reports with no evidence or indication of what I did wrong. Especially when I fully documented all issues in writing. I know scores don't mean anything but it irritates me so much to see that I've been docked a point for no reason.
