politics in stream
basically, vanilla received a dono during yesterday's stream about someone stationed at a military base and she wished them luck. it's not the first time she's had donos from military members and that's something i'm uncomfortable with.
i hope i don't come off as parasocial or policing vanilla (not my intention at all) when my only concern is: if you are someone who recognizes the destruction the government is doing in your own country and others, how could you still be ok with a group that holds some responsibility for it?
as an avid live watcher, i'm just curious if there is anyone else that finds some discomfort from these interactions, especially when chat tends to be split in half with disagreeing with the sentiment.

a long shot: have you seen this cat?
my family and i moved away from vaughan in 2013 and i lost my cat in the process. i was 12 at the time so please cut me some slack. she became an outdoor cat, not from my volition my dad was careless, so she was already familiar with the outdoors. unfortunately she was never neutered or microchipped, no vet records so i have no idea if she is even alive now. but i saw a post on here of someone being reunited with their cat after 10 years and thought i'd try. she would be around 15 years old now and i think about her still so often.
if anyone lives or lived around highway 7 and keele/centre st (we lived on the corner of baldwin avenue) and can share any info, the possibility that you may know anything or have ever seen her, even just a "looks familiar" might bring me some peace.
