Has anyone actually managed to cancel a KLING AI subscription?
I’ve been trying for months.
Their support keeps telling me to cancel it through the account management page, but the problem is: I literally can’t access the account because the login link they supposedly send to my email NEVER arrives.
I already checked spam, tried multiple times, different devices, everything. Nothing.
Meanwhile, they keep charging me every month.
I contacted my bank and they told me they can’t cancel it from their side because the merchant has to stop the recurring payments directly.
So right now I’m stuck paying for a subscription I cannot access and cannot cancel myself.
Support keeps giving me the same automated response over and over instead of actually resolving the issue.
Did anyone find a real solution for this? At this point I’m considering legal/consumer protection action because this is honestly ridiculous.
