Thieves.

I requested a week before my renewal an cancellation of premium, because the service is terrible.

I emailed them, they responded with instructions rather than completing this for me (I was out of country, unable to do so as traffic is ban to certain websites in said country).

They didn’t cancel, they instead charged me. I’ve emailed them everyday asking for a refund, they said their terms and conditions does not allow for a refund, but this is a direct violation of UK consumer act 2013.

They have gone radio silence on me. I am filing a CMA complaint and a charge back against them for failing to comply with UK regulation.

If you’re considering using them, don’t, they have terrible service and no customer courtesy.

Hey guys, just wanted to share my frustration with this platform. They lure you in with "free credits" and make you waste time registering, but the moment you try to upload your own 9-second video to test the "Extend" feature, you hit a hard wall. They block the basic video upload button and demand money immediately before you can even test if the AI actually works well! This is pure greed and a terrible way to treat potential customers. I'm completely deleting my account. Stay away from this cash-grab.

I'm a huge fan of late 90s CGI graphics, so my main inspiration came from games like Planescape: Torment and Legacy of Kain, etc. Video footage made with Kling and music with Suno.

Somebody riddle me this. I bought the standard subscription to make motion control videos. First day generation requirement was 88 credits. Next day it’s 117 credits. 3rd day it’s 135 credits. What is this? I don’t get it. Why is the price to generate a video increasing day by day? I bought the yearly subscription. Regretting it now.

Is anyone else having issues trying to create images using the subject reference? It started last night. Pictures ive used a hundred times to create new images suddenly cause a warning to pop up about "good morals" and other nonsense. Anyone else having this issue?
