Kratom Ban Bills introduced in Delaware - please help how to get started fighting!
After years of helping the Kratom community fight ban bills in so many states and doing my part by contacting legislatiors, it seems to have finally hit my home state of Delaware. There's so little information I can find - possibly due to how small and overlooked Delaware is, so I'm really hoping for some guidance for how to fight this bill by contacting senators, when I should do that, etc.
There seems to be two or three bills: SB262 trying to ban all kratom, and another bill regulating the age to 21+ I think. Bill "SS1 for SB262" seems to be a modification of SB262 which was accepted, but I can't find any difference or meaning behind it.
The SB262 Bill's latest update is "Introduced and Assigned to Health & Social Services Committee in Senate". So, what do I do now? Do I email/call every member of the Delaware Senate, House and governor? I'm also not sure how far along the bill is and when it will be voted on, so maybe I should wait before contacting?
