Man. I love topo so much, and own a lot of their bags and clothing. Does anyone else feel like the points system is just… broken? I have over 1000 points expiring on the 14th. It’s so frustrating that you can’t use them on sale, collab items (which is a big part of their offerings these days), or combine points (I have $80 “value” but can only use $50 and $30 in separate transactions… and the order has to be at least $10 over what the points value is. I feel like I’m doomscrolling trying to play by the rules here and then when I finally find an item I like, it’s out of stock for the size.

I know this is a rant mostly, I still love the brand, but maybe I’m just hoping this system will change.
