dear droppers community , lets face it we have wasted too much time
even if u think u didnt u had , u know it internally,
myself wasted 3 months now could have completed 60% of maths and 11th PC , but see im here

Lets put a deadline that WE'LL Celebrate Diwali only if our 70-80% of syllabus is complete
and by syllabus completion i mean with PYQ's of atleast 2021-2025.
I'll be dropping a post daily , Lets update it daily with what we did for the whole day and what is planned for the next day ,
Rules should be mobile phone is to only have necessary apps Reddit + study source no other entertainment apps etc .
Lets be accountable and not suffer in college

last month due to a update from nothing , my mobile software was glitching and apps werent opening and later when confronting them i was told to go to the service centre and there i forgot to log out my accounts , they wiped clean my mobile and installed clean OS and told me not to update , after leaving the centre i logged in my accounts and was not able to login in to famapp , so for that moment i asked my dad to pay on my behalf using upi from home, later when i retried login in , it logged in and said i need to reverify myself , i tried doing that but it says oops something went wrong and doesnt go anywhere, after trying for 2-3 days i confronted their support, they said they escalated the issue with they're team , and its been a month now, the ticket was raised on 15th of july and theyre giving me the generic responses of we have escalated sir please wait , sorry for inconveinence etc, they asked for the screen recording of the issue in the starting of the matter and i provided the same , yet no resolutions.
i later opened my bank acc on the same mobile number so there's no issue of sim verification/binding as my gpay is working on it now, i have money about 300-400rs in fampay and yesterday i asked them to either refund it or give me a method of loggin in but yet the generic response of escalated the issue ,
im wondering if i can register a complaint on the NCH website , but being a new adult im fearing of the financial costs that may come with it if i had to go to court , bcz i cant drag my parents into this,
please guide me how to tackle this?
