Are there any Latin American, Hispanic, or European students who will be entering this fall semester? I'd be interested to know other international freshmen

I'm currently looking to ask for an I20 from the university I'm going to, and, obviously, I need to show proof of funds. The total cost of the first year is estimated to be 56k, but since I got a 28k scholarship, I would only need to look for 28k. I got accepted for a 35k loan in my country of residence, which could hypothetically cover the first year (even though that's not what we're thinking of doing). So, since I already have "proof" that I can afford a year, do I need to submit other documents? We have other bank statements and savings, but we would need to translate those documents officially to English, and that's a hassle.
