Mild exercise induced Rhabdo

What’s the best strategy for recovering?

I teach fitness and have a sub for the week. Hydration of course. I’m having to reduce protein because kidney function dropped off too.

What else is there? How much movement should I do? Is this a case where some movement is good, a lot is bad or no movement?
